You really cant. Just ignore those, dont clean them. You can quarantine them though

hi, by using my journey Norton is a susceptible anti virus and don't setting up 2 anti virus it won't help it is going to in basic terms reason your laptop to slow. For me uninstall it acquire loose trial avira, or MSE microsoft protection mandatory.

Possibly make them hidden files/folders and just tell mc not to scan hidden files/folders? Sounds logical to me.
