It would be a good idea!

You should, because you need to refuel, (breakfast is a very important meal of the day).

Then, there is work to do around the house, tidying up and all that good stuff..., just so that when your mom, mother in law, or anyone else comes around, you wont be embarrassed by all the old pizza boxes and stuff from last night, hanging around...

Then, maybe go to work, if you do, or, if your a mother, your kids will need your attention...

Then, hubby, (if your female), would like you to make lunch and dinner, so that he can have a good meal after work...

Then, after all the stuff that makes a house hold function, you get done, its time for bed again and then you can ask the same quesiton all over again..."Should I get up"?

I wish you well..

Jesse

This could go either way depending on the reason you want to stay in bed. If you just just need a little extra rest from lack of sleep or overexertion or exhaustion, take that extra bed rest and relish in it. If however you are in bed because you are depressed, unhappy or brokenhearted, you MUST FORCE yourself to get out of bed! Talk to someone even if it means you have to pay someone to listen. Force yourself to move and exercise. Exercising will help you overcome your depression. It will send fresh blood pumping throughout your body. You will need sunshine to motivate your brain chemistry for a happier you. Sometime our brain chemistry gets out of whack for various reasons and a person might need to take medicine to restore the proper chemicals to alleviate depression. Don't be ashamed to go to a doctor and check this out. Sometimes it is just our emotions and we need some talk therapy to get over a hurt. Whatever your problem might be act quickly to bring yourself relief. Get out of that bed, God loves you and wants you well. Be blessed!

When you're down and out,
Lift up your head and shout
It's gonna be a great day!
Angels in the sky
Promise that by and by
There's gonna be a great day!

Gabriel will warn you
Some early morn' you
Will hear his horn (rooty toot tootin')
It's not far away;
Lift up your head and say
There's gonna be a great day !!

Carpe diem!
