Yes it is worth helping others so they do not have to go through what my family has.

There are still ways for your family to set up a memorial etc. It is no different than cremation and spreading the ashes someplace.

It is a personal decision each person has to make. But yes I would do it.

If I could sell my body to science after I died and have the money donated to a charity then I would sign up right now.
I don't mind the thought of a load of medical students zipping me up and down their halls of residence in a wheelchair having a laugh (as a good friend who is now a GP admitted to me that he had done exactly that!).

I wouldn't sell it, but I have a donor card for medical science. If they do all their testing on me, then they will leave those poor defenceless animals alone.

Family & friends could donate a bench in your favourite area to go & visit to chat to you, or plant a tree (as long as your fav place isn't a night club - I don't think people would appreciate a bench or tree in the middle of a dance floor......lol

:-)

I am an organ doner, but I agree because I went to see body worlds where they display all the body's so you can see in detail everything...and I would never want to see someone I know like that.

yeah probably, it's a nice way to help the world, even after you've gone. You won't be using your body anymore, somebody who needs it might as well though.

absoloutely....why do we need this body once we pass on? We move on to a spiritual body, so this vessel is of no use. If it makes my family some money....rock on!

I would. It'll help future generations.

But if everybody started, it will disrupt the carbon cycle.
