Hispanic isn't a race, Hispanics are just white, and white isn't a race either. Human is a race. So, the humans would be the most superior race on the planet.

Hispanic is a political designation , not a race, for the purpose of bribing Mexican voters with Affirmative Action perks. Now, if Latins were truly "superior" they wouldn't depend on these perks to get jobs , college entrance, or get their kids in accelerated programs in public school.
