switch off the PC and sleep
listen to relaxing music not arousing music,relaxing music(like dire straits...not 50 cents)
do yoga
meditate
pray to god
if all the above fail ask the lord for forgiveness and mastrubate!

Wow! I never heard of this happening to a female before. This is basically the story of my life. I wish I could help, but all I can say is masturbate as often as possible, that's my solution.

either exercise more or, uh, masturbate until you get over it. And try not to obsess about it. find a different obsession, well, physically related like exercise. just don't replace it with food. that would make ya fat. maybe you just have a really high sex drive.

1. do have sex, and live, dont die. sx is free easy and thrilling.
2. get a job/ work/ avocation/hobby/game/activity.
so you avoid an idle mind.

the ONLY thing you can do to get rid of it is to pray to God. ask HIM to change your heart and renew your mind..and ask HIM to forgive you and you should also repent. then ask HIM to give you the strength, courage and the will to resist any kind of lustful temptation. then after that, you believe that you already have what you asked for--that's having faith and without faith it is impossible to please God.
then you change your lifestyle. get away from all the people that remind you of lust and run away from lust. if you are really serious about changing, then HE will change you. but you have to do your part also.
