to make ur skin white..the first thing u have 2 do is avoid going out in hot sun.when u come back home after a hot day....wash ur face immediately only with clean water...dont use soap...drink a lot of water n eat a lot of mangoes.

Then...after an hour use plain lemon juice 2 wash ur face it will not only make ur skin fair..but also removes blackheads n pimples.Use ripe papya to smoothen ur facial skin after that lemon wash.do it for a month continuosly and u'll definitely find a change!

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.

The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

Normally I wouldn't answer this as I know nothing about it, but DON'T PUT HAIR BLEACH ON YOUR SKIN. It can cause severe skin irritation, but more important, if it gets in or even too close to your eyes, you can suffer damage to your eyes.

I know they do sell skin bleaching creams over the counter, but I would say just let it fade. I also am pale, and whenever I got a tan, it faded pretty quickly. Just stay out of the sun from now on.

P.S. To "Noir" many pale people like being pale. Except for a phase when I was a teenager, I have always protected my pale skin. It suits me.

cover your skin more, like with hat, longer sleeve. stay in the shade more. cover your skin with 30 % sunscreen for your skin type. put it on 1/2 hr. before going outside. even just going to the mail box or get something out of the car is where people think they don't get damage from the sun. continually cover with sunscreen.

Don't go to the beach. There's no safe way of doing it but you could use bleach. Also when i dye my hair blond if any drops fall on my skin i get a small white patch. Hair dye isn't very good for your skin but it might work.

Try going to a beauty salon they might have products there for whitening your skin.

I am very pale (scottish in me) and I always always wear sunscreen. Next time your at the beach wear atleast SPF 30 if not higher.

Now you know for next time! The tan will fade in time.

back in victorian times, women put arsenic powder on their skin to keep it porceline-like, but arsenic is poisonous (obviously) so.. i wouldn't recommend that ;) there are lightening creams that are mainly used for non-whites who want lighter skin, i would try those.

i totally feel you, though. i'm irish and i LOVE having freckles but i HATE being tan in the process of getting the freckles. in a perfect world, my freckles would be dark and my skin would be pale as snow.
