Talk about what happened. Explain what happened from your point of view, what you were thinking, why you did what you did. Acknowlege what you did was wrong and that you are regretting it. Finally, say your sorry. And mean it.

Not a women here but ill admit a sensitive guy... And what ive learned best is to say what comes from the heart. Not what I or anyone else tell you.. Thats what she wants to hear. Give it a try... Good luck..
