The stories are real, but like any good story teller, they have been embellished to get your interest a bit. Like there really was a boy and girl who loved each other a great deal very young and killed themselves because there parents wouldn't let them see each other, but their names weren't Romeo and Juliet. It was an ethopian story and when Shakespeare heard it, he wrote it down to the standard in which a Renaissance Elizabethian could understand it. If you watched the Leonardo De Caprio version,you may have liked it better because it is more this time period.

I have had a fairy tale life. Filled with love and adventure, curses and plots that have twist and closure. I hope my fairy tale adventures continue until the day that our great Spirit decides it is time for me to come home. And,then, I hope he offers to me a type of heaven that I will enjoy.

Fairy tales are usually traditional old tales with deeper meaning to them - allegories, if you like. They have been tampered with over the years and changed by the religious to give moral endings. Yes, they are true, but you need to study the original texts and uncover the unconscious meaning of the tales...

some of them but not others. Like the tooth fairy is not real but other things must be real.

I think some of them have, but the magical stuff was added later. Kinda like when you see a movie that's based on a true story.
