Supply & Demand.
If there is a demand, man will find a way to supply. Sure woman can refuse, but men can still capture women and force sexual slavery. This is happening in third world cournties for the pedofiles. Many third world countries don't have a legal age, or laws to protect childreen, so men & woman are selling childreen as early as the age of 5 (some younger 4 the real sick B-tards) into prostitution. Well, when you started having sex at the age of 5 ... a baby at the age of 12 ... it then is normal to sell your own child into this business for this is all they know.
Since men are slaves to their own sexual desires, there will always be prostitution and porn ... question now is who will control the prostituion or porn ... should it be men or woman or both who lead this twisted industry?

I think the porn industry is exploited by women as well as men. The women participating are getting paid hundreds to show what they see everyday. However I do not think this applys to prostitution.
I think porn lets men to 'live' their fantasies without actually going there, which is probably safer for society

Unfortunately as is the case now, many women are not in it by choice. Some are forced to do it. A lot of them are also addicts who need an easy way to get money for their fix. I wish they would stop personally, I think it is a part of the degradation of society. Not just the porn and prostitution, but the conditions that create the environment.

Dont' you think, because of their physical desires, they would find other, probably more violent, ways to appease their appetites? In societies where porn and prostitution are "frowned upon" (i.e. UAE), some men with strong desires still have overwhelming desires to deal with, and unwitting participants (women and children) pay the price.

Like if the feminist movement led all women to respectable employment, and self-respect, etc.? Could go either way: Men might spend more time with their partner/wife OR there might be a lot more violent rape than there already is.

There is enough out there than men could coast for many years.
Hopefully, it would mean that a meaningful dialogue between men and women about sexual needs can be addressed.
