i dont want to pay ANYTHING! i just want it to be free. i hav skype but it costs money to call to poland... help me find free PC to phone calling to poland from USA!!!!!

The only way to get completely free calls is PC to PC. To call a land line phone from a PC you need to pay a few for each minute you talk. Now, this fee is not very high. Setting up a PC to land line call is much less expensive than any other method of making long distance calls. Right now I highly suggest Yahoo! for your PC to land line calling. I believe you can also call cell phones with the same account setup. That is something you will need to confirm if/when you set up the account.
The adcalls link above will not allow the "free" calls it suggests. This is misleading. It is an advertising site which allow calls to land lines but you pay by having all these ads thrown at you constantly, and your addresses get sold to other advertisers too. Don't sign up unless you read all of the privacy policy and the user agreement. If you decide to use this service be sure you make that decision while being fully informed of all details. I know I would not appreciate having a program on my system which allows ads to pop up at any time. I have also heard that this program places spyware on your system to track your computer usage so they can 'design' and place ads which will most attract you.
Perhaps some day in the future we will be able to make PC to land line calls for free. In the mean while it is a great feature of Yahoo! to provide such a low cost method of calling our friends, loved ones and business associates.
