As Barry Goldwater said " A government that is big enough to give you all you want is big enough to take it all away."

You are proclaiming rights of humanity but if you live within any country, then you have to abide by the mores of those people...not your own. If you live on an island, then you establish your own laws, but once you join a society, the rules are put forth by the majority. I live in China and I am a minority of 1 in a big city...how could I declare rights?...and that's what you are saying...you are superior to the law. No one must ever be superior to the law or we would have chaos and you could watch your own family being destroyed by others that were superior to the law? If the law doesn't work, then work to change it, but meantime don't violate it.

As long as your human rights fall within the boundary's of the laws of the United States of America then you shouldn't have a problem. If they don't, oh well....you were warned.

Sounds like you feel 'BIG'.
Well their is always bigger fish in the sea.
Your rights depend on where you live. There are many examples of this in society, ask a Cuban or a Lebanese. Compare an Israeli and an Arab or a Shite and a Sunni Muslim.
Sometimes it also depends on what you want to do. This is why prisons are exist.

There are people who confuse rights with priviledges. A priviledge, such as driving a car, you have to earn, it is not a right.Certain things you say may not be rightful to say, such as yelling "Fire!" in a theater when there is none, or HIJACK on an airliner. There are laws in these states which can govern how far you can take your rights, so be careful and be smart not to abuse rights and privilidges.

If you live in a country you are subject to its laws. that is the way the world works. if you do not want to be subject to the laws of a nation you must found your own nation on a piece of unclaimed land.

I agree to a point. I believe we are all endowed by our creator with inalienable rights. But your rights end where the rights of others begin.
You have no claim to the property of others. You have no right to demand that anything you need to survive be supplied by the labor of others. Your life and liberty are gifts from God, your survival is up to you.

Rights are only good when you fight for them and with the Nazi running the Whitehouse you are going to be put to the test.
