oh gee where do I start? Too many to name. There were several generas of music that were available to listen to. Is he a fan of New Wave music? ( Soft Cell's tainted Love comes to mind here) Was he an 80's Pop guy (Listened to early Madonna?) An 80's rock guy? Van Halen would be a good band that describes that genre. There is some old 80's rap even, Grandmaster Flash. You should talk to him about what type of 80's that he listened to then Google it.
