Because only women are strong enough to deal with the stress, cramps, and unpleasant feelings that go along with a menstrual cycle once a month.
Just think of it...every time a man gets so much as a head cold, he takes himself off to bed, whining and crying and acting like he is dying a horrible death, making his wife and family wait on him hand and foot for the whole week.
Yet a woman gets a headcold, and she just keeps going...cooking, cleaning, shopping for groceries, taking care of her kids *and* her husband, and in many cases, still goes to her paid job outside the home. Ever see a man do that? I haven't.
A woman nowadays is also expected to get up out of bed 24 hours after giving birth, and keep up with all her regular chores as well as care for the new baby. She must work 40 hours a week at her paid job and still do all the housework, child rearing, and taking care of her husband. She is also expected to attend church regularly and volunteer both there and at the kids' school fundraisers and functions. She is expected to "be in the mood" each and every time her husband is, and do it with a smile and enthusiasm no matter how exhausted she might be.
No man could keep up such a pace, and the few that have tried have keeled over from a heart attack at the age of 30.
Face it. God gave women periods and the ability to bear children becuase He knew we were the only ones strong enough to pull it off.

There is a God and he didn't give these problems to men because he knew men couldn't deal with all the stress every month.

Genesis 3:16 To the woman he said,
"I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing;
with pain you will give birth to children. "
The woman was already made for making babies - the curse was that the pain was "increased" - not that it wasn't there before.
Men had different curses placed upon him - the need to work hard and provide despite troubles and "thorns" in the world, being one.

why do you assume He hasn't?
I've been around enough men to know that often they seem to go through their own temperamental phases as well. I wouldn't be surprised at all if their hormones fluctuate, They just don't bleed because they're not capable of carrying a fetus.

Sometimes I really believe He knew men couldn't handle it every month. He was taking it easy on them. He knows we can handle it that's why we get them.
