my mother disconnected my broadband connection so how do i persuade her do get connected again?

Try to find a way of earning some money to pay for it yourself, that way it's your connection and you're responsible for it.

Check with your mother and find out if the internet account was disconnected really due to high bill. Tell her that you would use it only for educational purposes ( I suppose you are a student) and that the usage will be limited until you are able to pay the bills yourself. Sit in front of the computer for limited period and surf the net occasionaly. Try to place the computer in a common place in the house and do not hide it from any one.

I pay the internet bill myself. :D She can't do anything about it anymore. I can change ISPs as many times as I want to. So I suggest that you find a way to earn money. You don't necessarily need a job. For example you can earn money online using Google Adsense.

And if you can't do it, tell your mother that you need the broadband for studying on the internet and/or dial up costs a LOT more than broadband, etc etc. Just think...Use your imagination...

if the bill was too high:
- chip in your own money so that you pay a bit of the bill and have a right to have it back because you paid for it.(i'm just a kid, so that's the most logical or most literal answer i can give you)
-or you can just use the internet for a lesser time so that the bill doesn't become too high

Yeah search for a cheaper broadband. Cable is cheap. about 29.00 a month with no hidden charges.
