do u mean u wana take a snapshot if so
simple press the
and then go to any graphic editor for example u can open paint from
Start>All programs>Asseccories>paint
and then paste the image and simple save it

if u have google earth like i have ,go to ur hometown by putting town name and enter.after going to ur hometown sat.view.upper left file choose print.

google earth doesn't give u view a close view its very difficult to see ur home. it depends on screen resolution and graphics memory.
