They should obtain warrants to search and inspect homes here in the U.S.A. for threats and tunnels. at any given time they should go door to door at different times and inspect them completely. I wonder what they would find. Maybe we can influence our government officials to do this.

someone else mentioned "Probable Cause", but a bigger problem would be ALL of the HSA agents getting SHOT, sooner or later. you think the army has recruiting problems? are you gonna join after the rest are all dead?
