We saw about a 12 foot long one a couple of weeks ago and when we asked the park ranger he said that there weren't any there. I checked on line and there is a hunting season for alligators in Texas but it did not specifically mention anything about Ray Roberts.

I believe a lot of the lakes in Texas have alligators in them. Whether or not the park rangers admit to it is a whole different issue. I see it on the news a lot where alligators are seen in the lakes down here. Also, you're eyes are the best thing to go by. If you saw it then it was there. BTW thanks for answering my question and the doctor really did leer at me; more than any man has in my life. It was my stomach that was cut on and not my face. So, there was no reason for him to get right in my face and look at me like he wanted to hump me. He was very bold and intense about it, and there was absolutely no mistaking it. We were walking down the hall together when it happened. Hopefully, I won't need any additional work; if I do I will try to find another doctor with at least the same or better skills and someone who has people skills also. This doctor didn't. Someone told me they also noticed that his personality was different than other doctors. I noticed that the man never smiled once and would try to rush me as quickly as possible during my followup appointments. Thanks again for your opinion, most appreciated. :-)

It is possible.
Earlier in the year a 13+ft gator was killed in one lake in NE Texas, I can't remember which one. It was on the news & they showed the fish & game people towing the carcass with their boat.

Yes, he was drinking a Pina Collada and reading Maxim on the south shore. He had a Hawaiian shirt with little poodles on it and was wearing sunglasses with lime green rims. Is that the same one?
