Since randomness is a big part of the mechanisms of evolution there is no way to know for certain... we can only speculate.

I think a certain tolerance for environmental pollutants will be selected for in the future, along with a greater resistance to the increasingly intense radiation from the sun as the ozone layer continues to vanish.

Ask the scientists who have been trying to explain why the short people existed by themselves as a separate race thousands of years ago and are existing alongside the tall people today. Ask the scientists why are all people born pink, have white teeth, and the same type of excrement and like cars we arrive from the factory in different shades. Did you know that one of the biggest secrets concealed from us is that different species of mammals must have their own type of dung? For instance: a rabbit, horse, deer, sheep, cow and goat that live on the same farm that eat the same grass--they produce diffeerent types of dung. So the next step in human evolution is for scientists to provide samples of apes and humans having the same types of dung.

It's a very random selection but I guess we'll loose our leg and hand hair since most of us are kept warm all the time so the hair will have no function (though we'll probably still have hair on our head so as to keep the brain warm).

We'd also have shorter hands since we don't have to climd trees to escape from predators anymore.

We'll probably also have less sensitive eyes due to the unnecessity to hunt anymore.

We'll also have smaller ears because sound is currently fed directly into our ears.

Since we get better and better at keeping misformed babies alive and even allow them to have children, we will just degenerate. It will be necessary to replace more and more misformed organs by artificial replicates. Your next kid will get an artificial heart just after birth, artificial lungs at year one etc.

Eventually, a bigger and bigger part of our brains will be artificial. At the point when our brains are almost entirely artificial, it will be decided that we don't need human reproduction anymore, and the cyborgs will finally have evolved into pure robots.

appendix will be gone.
it's pretty useless now anyway

also, what we don't use much will be gone

if we rely on technology to much maybe our arms and legs will be gone (robots will do it for us)

maybe later we'll just be a torso and head.

maybe later the torso will be gone (the oxygen and nutrients will be pumped straight to the brain.)

maybe later the skull will be gone (eat too much refined food)

maybe later the eyes will be gone (images sent straight to the brain.

eventually we just might become a brain living in the jar! ha! just some crazy imagination here.

Evolution does not occur in steps, it is a gradual process that occurs over many, many years.
