I already asked a question about my refrigerator leaking ON THE INSIDE so I'm going to go in search of a hose that may be blocked. During this process I discovered there is no drip pan UNDER the fridge. I thought they all had them? My fridge is at least 5 years old (it came with the house).

There is a place that the condensate goes in all refrigerators. On some models the pan is located internally at the heat exchangers to facilitate evaporation. That there is no pan indicates that you have this type of system. Once you clear the drain in the bottom then you should have no further problems.

get a metal pan of some sort that will fit under the frig for the water to go into the water will then evaporate from the heat of the frig.
