Ok this is confusing people my dad is the one who brought up me living with him.But since he lives further away i have to do the court thing here....

Ive never lived with my dad im fourt teen yrs old and i just got back from visiting him not to long ago for summer....

Ok right now im living with my grandparents because something kinda personal happened when i was 11 and she cant just give up custody i would have to go in front of a judge and everything but i dont know how to do all of that Please help im sweatin this bad!!!!!!!

WOW! With out a few details it's hard to help. First of all talk to your mom or your primary care giver. Let them know you want to live with your dad and WHY. There may be some reason why you can't. Talk to your dad also. He may have some reasons why you can't live with him. It's a hard situation, one that you may have no to little control over. If you get no where with them, talk to a school counselor, teacher, pastor, or other adult you trust. They might be able to help talk to your parents.
