a kid that you dont know ,, pisses you off, in a way, that if he was a grown up, it would, definitely, lead up to fight ,,,
what would be your reaction?

Well right now when my neighbors child (13) pisses me off I (in front of his mom) either verbally warn him or if it is bad enough I pop his but for being a smart ***... It takes a community to raise a child right and we know this... she to in turn will correct my child in front of me too... it helps with the children to know no matter where they are they will get in trouble for what they do .... But if you aren't friends or have an understanding with this Pearson's mother or dad... then I suggest that you make yourself acquainted with them and get it settled or inform them that it persist that you will start filling a formal complaint with the police...( there for giving him a record for future references for them to fall back on in case something does ever happen they will know it isn't the first affiance...) If this kid is as bad as you say, give the pain in the a-s-s a scare, call the cops. If you have a friend that is a policeman, have this person come over and straighten this kid out. If this is not an option, keep away from this kid.
Give more details, is this YOUR kid? Do you HAVE to have contact with this person??

First I don't know If I would get into a fight unless the violence started by the other person.
So I would try to remember everything about the kid and report it to the cops and let them handle it.
If possible get what ever info you can, name, address etc.
And be extra pleasant to him, because it looks really good on your part and really bad on his....
