I have always used Yahoo! Geocities to make my webpages. It has simple tools & it even has templates to use if you would like. You could check it out & also if you'd like, you can have my e-mail & any questions you have & anything you can't figure out, you can ask & I'll do my best to help. You can check out Yahoo! Go into your Yahoo account or on the front page and it will say 'create your own website' click that. Now realize it won't be free!

if not, you can make a crappy little one on geocities.com
