kinda, i hate long avatars because they take up too much space. at least yours isnt as long as that pink one that somebody has.

its basically not an avatar the avatar is somthing else its an animated pic that is clear enough and reflect ur personality

It is not that annoying but it sure is very blurred out pic so it is not that pleasant to eyes...you can use a clearer picture or try and clear up this picture.
