detach the battery then reattach it to reset the phone.
if the problem continues detach battery adn return the phone to the place you bought it for service.

take the battery off and wait for 20 seconds and put the battery back on again and turn it on..
If it still not fix.. This is a cell phone error.. call your service provider, they will replace your phone for free..
That only goes with T-mobile customer..

Remove battery and send it to phone shop to get it repaired.

take out the battery...then take out the sim card and put it back in after a minute....
