My friend has this silver Timex watch and the back fell off. Neither of us can get the thing back in. I mean, it's the removable back part of the watch where the battery goes, so we know this thing should just pop back in or something, but we can't get it to pop back in. Is there a trick to getting the back of the watch back into place? (without getting a jeweler involved) Any suggestions would be super helpful. : )

You have to get it lined up just right.
We had the same problem, When we went to the mall one day we took the watch and ask a Jeweler if he would put it back on for us and he didn't charge us anything. I bet Wal-Mart Jeweler Dept. would also do it and not charge you anything.

Good Luck

You may have to go to a jeweler - some watch backs pop off easily, but require a special tool to put back in place.

Some are geometrically keyed, meaning you have to line it up right, maybe a notch cut out or something. Other than that, remember that they are waterproof so sealed very tightly,. To do it yourself you have to puch it on very hard, be carefult not to shatter the crystal though, don't place it on a table ot anything. Thats my 2 cents anyway.
