I saw the 29% figure reported on several networks about a week ago. Moreover, it was the lowest rating ever for a president in the history of polling.

yes the percentage is that low otherwise CNN wouldnt have put it in their new cast. and Larry i think its no coinsidence.

Saturday's poll numbers show it to be 40% - that's scary!! But, just remember, they only poll about 1000 people who are supposed to be representative of the entire country. The number is probably closer to 35% which is still the lowest since Richard Nixon - and that's good company to be in!!

First of all, I was watching the news last night and the latest poll says 40%. But beyond that, polls are meaningless. Pollsters have biases and can affect the results. Besides that, people's opinions change as frequently as the tides.
