Regular applications of: MINTY toothpaste to the site - allow to dry. "Wash" off with an ice cube worked in to it to loosen paste. Carefully rub in a little Deep-Heat or similar cream over the hickie. You can leave this on over night.

Do this several times a day if possible.

or

Every hour, rub in the Deep-Heat. (You WILL HAVE to use a basic barrier cream between the hickie & Deep-Heat after several rounds of the above.)

or

Work the melting ice cube over the site. Many times per day. Do a combo of Deep-Heat and ice per round.

Works EVERY time! Proven track record but depends on how bad the hickie is to begin with. I've got rid of some of mine in 12 hours. Bad ones take longer - four days.

Rub toothpaste on the spot and then use the cap where the toothpaste comes out to rub it, or put a spoon in the freezer and put it on the spot.
