I got a RAZR V3m from Verizon recently. How do you change the red border around the screen?

Can't do it with any of the Verizon phones.

You can only change the wallpaper within the red borders.

Yea, I wanted to change that too. Cuz red is stupid! ;o) I think u can't change that
