now for my opinion for your question. the reason is we always able to win when the sports tournament or games are held in Malaysia. But when the same sports tournament is held elsewhere the following years, we will not be able to win.
the way to solve this problem is to ask the players that already stayed too long in the senior rank of sports to quit and don't pamper them by giving them so much reward in cash and prizes for winning inside Malaysia. only give them perks and such if they win internationally/ oversea.
