I wanted to change my ISP and contacted AOL via internet. my my credid card was rejected after I had given the

Then out of the blue I received adisc and welcome letter,,in the mean time have joined TALKTALK and paid ,,my direct debit was ok...now I seeAOL have dedcted £15.99 from my account ..are they allowed to do this ?? basically I dont want AOL..can I get my money back ta ta
