I completely understand where you are coming from. I know this may sound kind of juvenile but it works. Use the plot diagram thing. It will keep the book from dragging on and on. It's ok if you can't fill in parts of the diagram yet, because i find that in writing, it good to leave spaces for you to fill in when you get there because it makes it not only more exciting for you, but also for the reader. If you really are a good writer then you usually can hide the point of the book until the end when everything else should come together as well. Don't think to much about what your writing about yet if this is your first draft (yes, i suggest doing 3) just try to get your ideas down on paper......
1st- ideas and organization
2nd-details and revision
3rd-final (it is ok if your final draft has mistakes, it just means you need another draft lol)

I've written fiction, essays and poems. In fiction, I grab readers' collective attention at once, e.g. in "1933: KWEI CHE", I began with rather strange events. I hope readers will be curious enough to want to learn what is afoot. The first chapter is "The End", and the second chapter is "The Beginning". I did an illustrated history of clothing, so the illustrations show what some people really wore in 1933. Other tales occur in 1914 and 1926. Your spelling and grammar need improvement. I write in several languages. The title mentioned is Chinese.

No, that is not a good thing. You need to hook your audience within the first paragraph! Consider this. When great writers of short fiction. IE; Flannery O'Connor, Raymond Carver, Tim O'Brien, Sandra Cisnero, etc, they all usually elude to their title within the first line of the story. In a novel, you can get away with doing it in the first paragraph, but no later. Remember writing papers in college? You had to put your thesis statement within the first paragraph? Same thing is true in fiction writing.

After you have done this, then you can back peddle and set up the back story. But, if your readers have no idea where you're going, they'll put your book down and won't finish it. You don't want that.

You should have some inclination what your plot will be by the time you get into Chapter Two. Otherwise, your readership will quickly fade away.

Chapter One, and particularly the first paragraph, must be the attention-getter. Without it, you're simply filling up the pages.

Dosey-rosey is right; if the manner of expressing your question is comparable to your book you'll first need English and composition classes.

I could say that it particularly is dependent as to the purpose for the divorce to start with. If your bond with them was once near, however the purpose for the divorce was once centered upon a few of your movements, they are going to no longer easilly permit pass of the anger or resentment that they're displaying you presently. You ought to suppose approximately that extra, and ask your self in the event that they infact blame you for the divorce. If so, you will have to be knowledge to that, however preserve a bit touch if they're particularly foremost to you. Simple matters like a birthday card or a X-mas card could be well, however do not crowd them or try to weigh down them. It will finally be as much as them to firgive and omit. You can not difference this.
