You can try and find their agents or film's company's addresses.
Just look them up on the computer, and there should be something for them. Usually there are contact addresses.
Just write a letter explaining, sometimes there is a number and you can call that. Just explain to them that there is a sick child, and see what they can do.

Go to www.spotlightcd.com and type in the actors' names. This will give you the address of their agents. Write to them with the request care of these addresses, taking care to enclose a SAE with sufficient postage. I have done this with over 20 actors and have had about a 2/3 success rate, though depending on how busy they are and whether or not they are in Britain, it could take awhile.
Alternatively you could just buy one, but some places charge absurdly high prices and they won't be personalised to the recipient.

There is a charity I think it's called Wish Upon a Star or something like that a lot of celebs do work for and organise visits.Check the intenet.

Did you try ebay they often have memorabilia from TV and films? Alternatively, maybe look up a website for the BBC and see if you can contact somebody there surely they would be able to help you, I hope they turn up for you.
