You could disguise yourself as a man, or go as a priest or reverend and pretend that you are there to officiate the wedding. Why in the world would you to to a wedding dressed in a costume? Don't you like her? Is this a gag?
Well, I think you should dress in a very sexy albeit ladylike evening gown and then ask the groom for a dance sometime when he and the bride are engrossed in conversation. Say nothing, just dance and then walk away and see what happens.
