That will help you. to create a output
if you want learn Programming part of it

Better Give some time on VC++ or standard C++
You need atleast 2 years to be called a master.
the out put is you may be called by adobe.
They require good coders that can do there best in Programming

If you want to go in web world choose Flash MX for your Designing part. other related areas are Photoshop+corel draw
