NO. I myself speak English all the time but that doesn't mean I am less a Filipino. It is just to show people that we Filipinos can survive anywhere in the world since we speak good English. Knowledge in speaking good English is far different from being a nationalistic or patriotic.
But still, despite that I am not staying in our home country, I am 100% pure blooded Filipino. I am proud to be Pinoy! and pinoys are really keep coming back home

Not at all. Look at the history of the Philippines. They were an American colony for many years, and as such, the way that motivated individuals found success was through the use of the English language. If I am not mistaken, even Daniel Quezon spoke English, and he was the father of the independent Philippines. Marcos spoke English. Aquino speaks English. It is more a sign of education than of an unpatriotic attitude.
But, by all means, do not forsake your Tagalog. That is the soul of the Philippine culture. If you neglected to learn and use Tagalog, then you would have a legitimate concern.

No, it makes you more intelligent or at least ask the question properly. "Does speaking English make one less a Filipino?" Still sounds unintelligent, though.
