The only way to do it for 'free' is to format the hard drive and reload the operating system and your applications.

These programs are designed to make you believe that your PC has problems - they want you to buy their software and they put a virus(s) on your PC. To disable this program and the viruses it has installed, go to Start, Run and type in msconfig.
This will bring up your start menu options. Deselect all the programs that are not Microsoft in the Services and Startup tabs, except for the ones you need to get on the Internet. You'll have to reboot your PC.
After this, go to Limewire.com and download Norton Anti Virus - follow the instructions in the .txt file for installation and registration. Basically, you can't be connected to the net until it is fully instally.
Install Norton - it will do a full system scan and will want to reboot ad do another scan. After this run msconfig again and select a Normal startup - You'll have to reboot and this will load any viruses that are left on your system. Do another full scan.
After this, reconnect your modem, register Norton's and go to Live Update to get the latest updates.
This will get rid of all the Spyware, Adaware programs and all other dangerous viruses.
You computer will then be virus free and you will have an up to date registered anti virus program protecting your PC.
Go bac to Limewire and download Window Washer. This is an excellent program that will clear the cache, temporary internet files - all the rubbish on you system. It will clear a LOT of space and help your PC run faster.
Don't worry is some program tells you you have errors in your registry - Windows takes care of these - you don't need any special software to "fix it"

The hook: we'll tell you what's here, but won't take it off unless you buy our product.
There are many free and effective anti-virus/anti-spy applications available on the internet. My personal favorites are AVG antivirus, Adaware SE (free version), Spybot S & D, Ewido Security Suite(trial version is free), Yahoo antispy and Microsoft AntiSpy. You can find any of these by typing the name in a search engine. Get more than one as they compliment each other. No one application removes all problems. Good luck.

Hi, Perhaps you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software. Norton has a 90 days of trial version
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar, which can disable the virus, becasue the virus can only run on IE.
firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and spywareware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:

I have not heard of spyquke, so if I were you I wouldn't trust it.
Use proven programs like Spybot S&D, Ad-aware, Spyware Blaster, and Windows Defender.
For an Anti-Viral Solution, Grisoft's AVG-free and the Avast Antivirus programs are the best free ones out there.
If there are any other things you are looking for, feel free to ask me, I have good free programs for just about any application.

Spyquake is malware itself. It has been labeled a rogue/suspect program by spywarewarrior.com. Do not believe SpyQuake.
To fully clean your computer for free:
1. Scan for virus and remove (free online scan) with BitDefender
http://www.bitdefender.com/site/home/
2. Scan for trojans and remove (free online scan) with Ewido
http://www.ewido.net/en/
3. Scan for ad/spyware and remove (free download) with Spybot Search & Destroy
