If you break up they can charge you with statutory rape and molestation you could go to juvenile detention. Not fair, because you are a child too (technically) but true.
Don't do it! It's o.k. to masturbate when you are alone, your 16 you have urges, but leave her out of it until it is legal for both of your sakes!!!

I am going to speak as a parent. Are you prepared to become a dad at 16 or even 17 NO? You won't be ready at 20. This is a huge decision and at 13 years YOUNG there is no way a person can be prepared to have this type of relationship. I personally can tell you that a friend of mines little sister got pregnant at 13 and she gave the baby up for adoption and it broke her heart. She knew she was to young to be having sex and REGRETS having it at such a young age. I hear of this way to often and it is so sad. I know your thinking that we will becareful but it only takes one time. Nothing is 100% effective. Trust me I have 3 kids. Any parent who would give their children permission to have sexual relations are screwed up in the head. If you both love each like you say then I hope you decide to waite till you both mature enough to accepts the emotional, physical, mental and possibly parental responsibilities that comes with a sexual relationship.

what do you mean both of your parents said it's ok?? I don't believe that!! both of you are too young. .Besides you are supposed to be married before you have sex. You must be emotionally ready to deal with the ramifications of becoming sexually active.at 16 you have no idea what love is and all that goes with it, 13, isn't even old enough for a strong case of puppy love. Wait till you grow up.

Yes, it is statuatory rape. Get an older girl friend if you insist on sex at your age. You could go to a juvenile facility until you are 21. It makes no difference who says you can. The law says you can not.
