Israel and the US are one and the same thing.I'm from Britain which is part of the UN and it's not a communist nation but so what if it was ?.The UN represents a great deal more people than that of US and Israel.If US is supposed to be the great upholder of democracy,how come.like it's satellite Israel, it's prepared to ignore UN resolutions?.

NO the US and other nations such as France and UK are in on the resolution for a cease fire, but we are giving the Isrealees time to accomplish the goal of downgrading Hezbollah militarily. If they won, Iraq would take over as the dominant country in that area and they want to destroy Isreal.

I know you might find this shocking but not everything is about the US. And maybe if America helped the UN more like it should rather than doing its own thing then there would be a solution better suited to everyone.

Absolutely .....considering the make up of the UN and their history. The UN has proved many times it does not have human rights as a top priority.
