im not sure thats strictly true. None of the Italian World cup winning team play in England, they all played in Serie A. The spanish league has Ronaldhino Beckham, Cannavaro, Deco etc, i think all the major footballing countries would tell you they have all the best players. As For English clubs attacting the best players, shevchenko and Ballack went to chelsea and are on £120,000 a week. I'd shovel shiti in Haiti for that money. As for County Cricket, there is a limited choice of Countries you can play. Australia New Zealand England India Pakistan and Zimbabwe West Indies are the major countries and out of those where has the most money and potentially best lifestyles? Its out of Oz and England.
