Eat lots of fruits and vegetables WITH a milkshake or smoothie as your beverage. Don't try to gain weight by eating junk food. Some healthy high calorie foods are avocados, cheese, milk, cereals and breads, butter, ice cream, etc. Eat these things along with the vegetables and fruits.

I would say eat more calories than usual. You don't have to start eating junk! Still eat normal foods, just a little more.. Carefully plan atleast 6 meals a day. They a third of them could just be snacks, either way have it planned! They lifting weights or some other kind of excercise would help too. You don't need weight lost supplements but you would lose a lot quicker.

well thats not too too skinny. I think if you got up to 103 that would be more healthy. Dont let a number fool you though, look at your stomach and see if its "normal looking" Well to gain weight without loosing all your health benifits, I would suggest a larger intake of carbs. ALso a normal diet consists of 2000 calories a day, eat 2300.

In college biology we were taught that if you eat food and get more calories than you burn off or exercise off, then your body will store it as fat to burn off later and you will gain weight. Therefore, if you want to gain weight you must eat more and foods with more calories and refrain from physical activities; like a couch potato

eat lots of protein. at walmart there is this powder stuff that you mix with water or milk and make a protein shake. my husband used it when he was boxing and needed to gain weight. make sure you exercise to keep tone, so you don't get fat.

Build up your muscles. If you want to gain weight through fat, eat until you're full and go to sleep.

*Potatoes, lots of wheat bread and only eating 3 times a day. Stay healthy!

*fried, baked, microwaved, au gratin, hash browns... all kinds all day everyday
