There is a whole realm of possibilities with twins. Some cute ideas from the website below are: salt and pepper shakers, Thing 1 & Thing 2 (Dr. Seuss), and lots of ideas for things that are the same, yet different by using different colors (race car drivers, PowerRangers, etc.) or different types (policeman & fireman). Have fun and good luck!

You dress up as the Cat in the Hat and have them as thing 1 and thing 2. Cute, huh? Be sure to read the book with them so they understand what they are dressed up as. Read it to them seven times over seven days or more if you can between now and then. Skip right to the part with thing one and thing two because they probably don't have much of an attention span.
I remember dressing my son up as Waldo from "Where's Waldo" when he was 7. He went to see Peter and the Wolf. There were many people there and it was free to anyone wearing a costume, so obviously many people wore costumes. We were in a crowd of people on a staircase after the show when suddenly a woman from the bottom of the stairwell pointed upward at my son and yelled out, "I found Waldo." Everyone turned to look and my son was so proud of his costume. He was the only one dressed as Waldo. I thought that odd since it's such an easy costume and Waldo was so popular at the time.

I like the idea with the fuzzy dice. Pretty cool. The problem is that people might try to roll them... How about Chip and Dale? Neh, I don't think so. Okay, how about two angels? Or, even better, angel and devil. Little cute devil, of course. Elf 1 and Elf 2? One of them can be Santa and the other the present! Hey, when you have twins, you can find lots of funny ideas. Good luck.

Hmm, twin boys--
I like the pumpkin costume idea!
Also- you could dress them up like presents!
Animal costumes are also cute. They will fit over their regular clothes and keep them warm if you live up north.

Because their birthdays coincide with Halloween...
A Cake and a Candle
A Birthday Hat and a gift box
little shirts that say "Happy birthday to him" with arrows pointing to each other.
*Note, these are ideas for a mama/seamstress, or someone who's willing to pay exra to have them made. Good luck and Happy early b-day to your sons!
