What happens to Clark Kent's clothes when he strips and flies off as Superman? How does he get dressed back?

Well, originally Supes did his changing in a utility closet, so he probably just stashed the duds in there. Later, when changing in public became necessary to the plot-line, the writers had him use his super strength to compress the clothes into a tiny packet (although that would mean his outfit - wool suits mostly - would be a mass of wrinkles all the time) that he carried with him. Like Wonder Woman's transformation, though, it's all magic.
BTW, Spiderman's webbing (being artificial) dissolve after a few hours. The movie version, with those weird-o wrist glands producing organic webbing ... that's a good question. Maybe some enterprising New Yorker started gathering them up and weaving Spidersilk Suits?

Good question, I guess you could ask the same for the Hulk, he has his clothes ripped apart and yet when he returns as David Banner his clothes are back to normal.
