Most people over here loose their virginity when they are about 15. Some sooner, some later. There is some difference between Europen countries. The British are the fastest, I think the Greeks are the slowest but I'm not sure.

The MORAL one: No surgery in the world can get it back.
The PHYSICAL one: Hymen can be replaced by surgery, with the
broken skin sewn together, to cause a restricted entry at time of
penetration, resulting in bleeding.

Whenever you feel it is right for you. Personally, I was 14, but it was a good experience, and I don't think that was too young for me... for some people maybe.
