Perhaps because we're hard-wired to please and your hard-wired to think you're fantastic!
We *read* magazines and compare ourselves to images in them and in ads, and you guys think you're fantastic and would never compare.
But you do seem to worry about and compare your c*ocks and cars!!
Western society puts alot of value in a womans appearance, which is inherently unalterable, men value power and money which is much more so.
But of course men believe thats whats attracts the ladiez!!
And it does some.
So, men don't *self-loathe* they just get depressed when they don't have the trappings they would like.

One thing men and women all have in common is ... They die at the end of their natural life cycle!
Why do women self-loathe more than men? Because they feel under terrible poressure from men! Men run them down, look at skinny/younger girls making them feel (Women) That they are not as pretty/desirable etc. Also women have two chices. First choice be stay at home mums to make sure their children are well looked after, feel loved and cared for then face up to man coming home after work, acting as though he was the king or emperor, demanding to be served because he's had a hard day while she did nothing (Stayed at home) even though she's been as busy if not more than he has, is as tired as he is, or else they go to work and feel continually guilty to have the children looked after by someone else, they feel they let the children down etc. It's still a pretty unfair world for women out there! So that's why many women do not like themslves as they should.
It always drives me crazy when women mention that they're on a diet/giving up smoking/doing things they don't really want to do, not for themslves but to please the man in their life. Big downfall is that and unless they begin to value themselves, love themslves a bit more ... They cannot value/love anyone else, so you end up with unhappy couples and women coping with little tablets from their doctors etc.

I'm not sure why women self-loathe more than men but I wish it would stop!!
And, ladies, about that weight thing. It's not men putting pressure on us to be skinny. It's other women!!

Without the Triangular Wave Deposit Control System in place, the ionization electrodes may develop either a layer of scale or oxidation. In either case, it is necessary to periodically clean the electrodes with an acid solution. The Deposit Control System eliminates the need for periodic cleaning.

Women don't self-loathe ~ we are just more introspective than men.
Which, of course is why our brains are slightly larger than a man's.

Some woman do not like not having the ability to dominate. More so on the home front and in the work place. When I say work place I do not mean the kind of place you're thinking of!!!

Think its because women have more media stereotypes to live up to. No one is ever going to look like most of those women but people don't like themselves if they don't.
