It depends on the state. Every state sets it's own laws for minors having sex.

thats not true, its legal. its only illegal if your 18 or over, u see as soon as u turn 18 your legally an adult. but its not illegal if youre 16, i dont know if the laws are different where u live. but whoever told u its illegal is just jealous of your reltionship.

It is really not but they both being juveniles it is not like the rest of us being of age. They usually would just release them back to their parents.
