If you would have asked me a few months ago, I would have had to say Chuck Norris for his superior onscreen persona; however, Steven Segal has branched off into doing something he loved as a child, being a blues artist and much to my surprise (I laughed when I read the article in the paper about him doing this) he is quite good at it and seems to have more of a passion for it than he did his acting, which seemed to be waning in the last few years (I didn't even finish watching "Into The Sun" because it was so boring).
In summary, Steven Segal for all around cooler as he is multi-talented, but for acting and on screen fighting skills, have to go with Mr. Norris.

Chuck Norris because only he can do karate in cowboy boots. Plus I heard he's getting a bridge somewhere in Europe named after him. Also, those who voted for Segal just got round-housed by Chuck.

Steven Segal cause he fit better in action movie,i had watch almost all movies and they were all great.
Chuck Norris would fit better in western movies cause he have the style for it.

Chuck Norris,,,two things, 1. He is a better actor--he has played in tons of movies and TV shows,,,,,,2. He can actually fight and it shows, he also trained with Bruce Lee.
