I have to answer neither.

If you enjoy what you do and can work for yourself without taking on all the hassle of being an employer, you will do just fine.

The more staff you have the more red tape will stop you from doing what you enjoy.

The latter option is always better because by this you are also generating employement for others besides for yourself.

Rarely does anyone ever get rich working for someone else. It's riskier to work for yourself (and maybe have a staff) but if you're successful, the rewards kick butt!!!!!!!!

I work for others now and am on their schedule. If i worked for myself I would make my own schedule. And you can't make anyone work for you they would have to want to work for you. I would rather have others work with me.
