go to yur tt webpage which have the cursor
go to view -> source code
a notepad document will appear
find something like
the URL enclosed in the " " is the URL u r looking for,
example u go a site..www.web.com which have a star cursor
the source code says:

...
the Full URL is : http://www.web.com/star.cur

A url is an internet address...such as www.yahoo.com
A cursor is the marker that lets you know where you are typing on the screen.
A cursor does not have a url.
To get the url of a website...just look in the address bar at the top of your browser..internet explorer, foxfire or other browser page. You can also click on file and sen a shortcut to the webpage to your desktop...( computer screen.)
