when you wash dishers and put them away?
when do you do it if you are paying 110% attention to the kids, when they are asleep quitely?
do they think things along the lines of, this person is so responsible, organised, neat tidy, etc, lets keep hiring her?

I love it, If they are dirty it's because I wasn't able to get to them. I also tip much better when little things like that are done, I think it is considerate and that would influence me to hire her again. As far as the attention paid to the kids, dishes get done every day without kids getting any less attention.

being a perfect house guest is not a bad thing. Id do the work when the kids were asleep, or even get them to wash up if they are old enough

so long as you understand you don't need to do this extra work... as a babysitter you are only paid to babysit...
If the kids are napping or watching a video/dvd/tv and you can keep a bit of an eye on them while you do it most parents will appreciate you do a little extra like doing the dishes.

Definitley! The more you do they more you will get paid and they more they will call you back again! If you feed the kids, I would say that you should do the dishes, unless you dont have time!! If the kids are sleeping then go ahead and do a lil more... never hurts... it wont be forgotten!

but as a parent the most i could ask for is to keep my kids safe and happy. if the kids like u the parents will.
