2. Not getting along with Boss
3. Less salary
4. Better position in the new job
5. More room for growth in the new job
6. working hours and conditions
7. Commuting distance
8. Boredom/lack of challenge (needs a new challenge)

because everyone want to step forward not to stop on a place.
Everyone want to get more than what he have that's why every one want to leave his current job
for a new better job

A good reason for me is they hired me to design and eventually India will take over that part an I will just be the architect
